Weekend in West Loop
Happy November! Here in Chicago, we went straight into winter. It’s been freezing and rainy (plus one snow day) practically everyday. Fashion is never at its peak with these sorts of conditions, but I like to find pieces that serve purpose while still looking cool (e.g. my Doc Martens that are so durable is honestly WILD).
This past weekend, I explored a little more of West Loop (one of my FAVORITE neighborhoods)! It’s essentially to Chicago what Meatpacking is to New York. It’s filled with the trendiest restaurants, coffee shops, and hotels in the city.
Outfit of the Day
First, we stopped off at Nini’s Deli to take photos in front of their perfect pink wall. I MEAN LOOK AT IT! PERFECTION!

Next, we popped into The Allis Room at Soho House for a hot chocolate. Soho House is one of my favorite destinations in the city, especially on a frigid afternoon. The ambience is so cozy!

Lastly, we went to Do-Rite Donuts for donuts (obviously). I am not ashamed to say this was in fact my dinner for this evening. For the GF folks like myself, I will add that their gluten-free donuts are some of the best I’ve ever had! Also, apparently they have chicken sandwiches if that's your thing.

There are so many spots that I have yet to check out on the West Side, and I'll definitely keep you all up to date with any fresh finds!
